	Post & Packing/Collection/Photographs To cater for all requirements at the checkout this online shop will allow you to select "post & packing" or "collection" of your purchase from our premises during office hours (9am-5pm Mon-Fri) without any postage charge. ALL Memorials include engraving unless stated (please see "Accessories" for any additional engraving) Our post & packing charge is per item calculated by maximum weight and will include insurance whilst in transit - If you require any assistance in this connection please email or telephone on our local call rate number 0845 450 1313 (office hours only). PHOTOGRAPHS: Photographs should be posted (to ensure the quality is retained) for all personalised items requiring photographs your order number/name & address must be included on the reverse. GOOD QUALITY PHOTOGRAPHS ARE ESSENTIAL as poor quality photographs make a poor quality reproduction. Please allow 4-8 weeks for delivery of all personalised items.
