Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. When adding an inscription, please use an * to indicate a new line.
We reserve the right to make minor alterations to the inscriptions and/or design where essential. We shall design the layout of the inscription in the most appropriate format but if you have a specific request please specify.
Shipping And Handling Items may be collected personally - select 'To be collected' option when ordering. Alternatively, items may be sent by Courier.
Post and Packing is provided under a separate contract and is therefore NOT refundable under the 7 day approval.
Items returned under the 7 day approval are returned at the purchasers expense.
Delivery Schedule Please allow 4 - 8 weeks for delivery of all personalised and handcrafted items.
All other items may be despatched from stock, please allow 28 days for delivery.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges We only accept online orders from UK customers at present. 17.5% VAT is included on all prices quoted.
Credit Card Security All credit card processing is handled using secure servers, which process your payment using 128-bit Secure Socket Layer technology - the industry standard.
Guarantee Non personalised items are sent on 7 days approval.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
Returns Policy Personalised items are NOT refundable and are NOT sent on approval, however your statutory rights are not affected.
Please allow 4 - 8 weeks for delivery of all personalised and handcrafted items.
Any item arriving damaged must be reported to the company in writing within 3 days of receipt.
A full refund or replacement item will be made available in the case of loss or damage upon the return of the damaged item. Post & Packing charges will be refunded in connection with damaged items upon the receipt of the appropriate postal receipt in connection with the return of damaged items.
DISTANCE SELLING
Non personalised items are sent on 7 days approval.
A full refund will be made provided the item is returned in good condition at the purchasers own expense.
